How a commitment to children in Cambodia became a sustainable fundraising vehicle.

In 2013, Craig Armstrong set out on a solo bicycle ride through Cambodia. What began as a personal challenge quickly became something bigger when he witnessed firsthand the transformative work of the HOPE Foundation—an organisation providing education, healthcare, and community development to some of the country's most vulnerable communities.
Inspired by what he saw, Craig returned home determined to raise both funds and awareness. Hiro4Hope was born from that conviction: a grassroots cycling initiative where 100% of every donation goes directly to HOPE's programs on the ground.
Since that first ride, Hiro4Hope has grown into a community of 14 rides, raising over $1,800,000+ for sustainable change in Cambodia, with $3 raised so far this ride.

Riders pay a dedicated registration fee that covers 100% of the trip's logistics, support, and administration. This means every dollar you donate goes directly to HOPE programs on the ground. No overhead. No administrative leakage. Just impact.

HOPE“As a young boy, my brother and I were orphaned. Hope gave me everything: a safe environment, food, and especially a chance to get an education. After receiving a good education, I was given the opportunity to attend Phare Artistic Academy and now work as a Graphic Designer in Phnom Penh. I am grateful to everyone who assisted my journey.
